* Customers can request a refund within 24 hours of receiving the product.

* A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for refund requests; otherwise, they will not be accepted.

* No returns are applicable for Toys, kids' products, and bedsheets.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

* Products returned without an unboxing video.

* Any damage caused after delivery.

* Products classified under Toys, kids' products, and bedsheets.

Warranty and Guarantee:

* We do not provide any warranty or guarantee for our products.

Refund Processing:

* Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy: 

At Tromart, we understand that circumstances may change. Please review our cancellation Policy below:

* To request a cancellation, please contact us at tromart.info@gmail.com or call +91 81222 50652 within 4 hours of placing your order. Kindly include the reason for cancellation in your request.

* Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If the delivery is refused, a refund will be issued after deducting applicable shipping and return charges.

* A ₹50 deduction will apply to cancellations of partially paid Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Tromart reserves the right to cancel orders under the following conditions:

* Product is out of stock

* Pricing or description errors

* Operational or logistical issues

* If your order is not processed within 4 to 8 working days, we will initiate a full refund automatically.
